This report was prepared by the following NOAA agencies: Coastal Services Center, Center for Operational Oceanographic Products and Services, National Geodetic Survey, and Office of Coast Survey. This document provides step-by-step guidance for government agencies (at the local, state, and federal level) in developing projection and response scenarios to sea level rise. This document is intended to act as a companion to a more technical report, ”Technical Considerations for Use of Geospatial Data in Sea Level Change Mapping and Assessment” (Allen et al., 2010).
