This report describes the Coral Triangle Initiative for Coral Reefs, Fisheries, and Food Security (CTI-CFF) Regional Plan of Action. The CTI-CFF targets six countries in southeast Asia to protect coastal resources and ensure food security for these communities. This report provides guidance for the CTI to integrate ecosystem-based management frameworks. It also includes the CTI Integrated Toolkit which contains a variety of tools currently used by the CTI in their management efforts.
