The aim of this study was to develop monitoring guidelines for construction activities in the coastal regions of southeast Florida (U.S.). The guidelines were developed following: 1) interviews with a diverse group of stakeholders, 2) a review of the effectiveness of previous coastal monitoring activities, and 3) a literature of monitoring methodologies in the region. The report also presents recommendations for implementing effective monitoring strategies.
