The intent of this project was to conduct a stormwater retrofit inventory for three neighboring communities in Virginia’s Shenandoah Vally: the City of Harrisonburg, James Madison University (JMU), and the Town of Bridgewater. This study will help each of these communities determine the level to which stormwater retrofits on public properties can reduce urban nutrients and sediment. This report is tailored specifically to the study findings in JMU.
