This Wetland Impact (WI) form is a supplement to the Unified Stream Assessment (USA) and is intended to help watershed managers verify existing wetland information, document observable evidence, provide data to help reduce wetland stressors, and address wetland restoration site lists. The WI should be used to support a watershed assessment strategy.
