The intent of this project was to conduct a stormwater retrofit inventory for three neighboring communities in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley: the City of Harrisonburg, James Madison University, and the Town of Bridgewater. This report is tailored specifically to the findings for Harrisonburg and how stormwater retrofits on public properties can reduce urban nutrients and sediment.
