This project report summarizes municipality experiences with the implementation of the Chesapeake Bay Program (CBP) stream restoration crediting protocols across the Chesapeake Bay watershed at the state and local government level. The report also includes feedback from states outside of Bay watershed who have adopted or are considering adopting the Water Research Foundation (WRF) stream restoration crediting guidance.
