This paper proposes an optimization method that can be used to inform decision-making for managing watersheds under uncertain conditions. The proposed method integrates scenario analyses, system analyses, and forecast methods into an integrated framework. The method is then applied to a case study of the Lake Qionghai watershed (southwestern China).
