This document outlines the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection’s (CT DEP) development of an Impervious Cover Model that is applicable in streams with aquatic ecosystem impairments caused by stormwater pollution. This model was also used to develop a TMDL for a small stream in eastern Connecticut.
