This study evaluates the relationship between nutrient concentrations observed during baseflow and various runoff conditions from over 50 sites across five watersheds in Arkansas. The results indicate that water quality data collected during baseflow can be useful in deciding where to target nonpoint-source pollution BMPs within a watershed.
