In 2008, the Center for Watershed Protection and project partners conducted a field survey of nearly two hundred structural stormwater management facilities throughout urban areas of Virginia’s James River basin. This report provides findings from the survey and provides results and recommendations regarding proper BMP design, construction, and maintenance methods.
