The Center for Watershed Protection was contracted by Talbot County Department of Public Works to develop and implement a monitoring study design for the Tred Avon River focusing on gross solids. Results of the study quantify the leaf litter captured at outfalls using bag filters and estimate the potential nutrient load from this source.
