The goals of the project include: 1) collect data that is indicative of illicit discharges from flowing outfalls in the project area; 2) quantify the load of bacteria, nitrogen, phosphorus and pollutant volume in the project area; 3) prepare maps, summary data and a field findings report; 4) work with the City to eliminate illicit discharges; and 5) create a draft outreach and communication plan.
