This banking location assessment was conducted as part of Task 2 under the Smart Growth Offset Bank (MD) project funded by a grant from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.  The goal of this project is to develop guidelines for implementing a stormwater offset and banking system that can be used as a template for other urban areas within the Chesapeake Bay watershed using Baltimore city as a case study.
