The purpose of this Technical Bulletin is to help local and state stormwater managers in the Chesapeake Bay develop plans to meet nutrient load allocations under the Chesapeake Bay TMDL. A review of the available science and methods to quantify load reductions for structural and nonstructural BMPs are presented.
