This study developed a potentiometric surficial map for the Mississippi River Valley Alluvial (MRVA) aquifer; potentiometric maps detail the course of groundwater-level altitudes (i.e., hydraulic heads), as represented by water table elevations. The map and data presented in this paper aim to guide water managers in the area when considering resource allocations and the sustainability of the MRVA aquifer.
