This paper presents the results of a monitoring study of water quality and benthic macroinvertebrate populations in Behzat Stream (Turkey). Over 50 macroinvertebrate taxa were sampled and identified. The results indicate that the stream has a relatively healthy benthic community and water quality despite eutrophication from urbanization.
