This report was developed by the Center for Watershed Protection, Inc. as an addition to a study conducted by the Southeast Florida Coral Reef Initiative (SEFCRI); the aforementioned study aimed to: 1) identify existing programs for the reduction of land-based sources of pollution (LBSP), and 2) identify gaps in BMPs in southeast Florida (U.S.). The Center for Watershed Protection then reviewed, analyzed, and evaluated the results of the initial SEFCRI survey in order to develop 33 recommendations, organized into eight categories, based on the identified knowledge/data gaps.
