This paper evaluates the efficiency of infiltration-based, low-impact stormwater management practices on the hydrologic changes associated with urbanization. The authors compare three basic development scenarios: undeveloped land, fully-developed land using traditional stormwater management, and fully developed land using infiltration-based, low-impact stormwater management.
