This document describes the development and implementation of the City of Camden’s Stormwater Management and Resources Training (SMART) initiative (New Jersey, U.S.). The goal of this initiative is to integrate green infrastructure programs and projects into a comprehensive network. The initiative includes implementing green and gray infrastructure projects in neighborhoods, developing stormwater management policy, and developing green infrastructure training programs.
