This report describes a digital atlas of the Choptank River system developed by NOAA’s National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science. The digital atlas is intended to make a wide range of decades-long datasets for the Choptank watershed accessible. The report and atlas includes data on land cover, shoreline condition, water quality, benthic habitat, submerged aquatic vegetation, fish, and oysters.
