This report provides an in-depth description of the Pacific Northwest Coastal Ecosystems Regional Study (PNCERS) and contains the proceedings of a PNCERS Workshop. The primary goals of the PNCERS are: 1) to increase understanding of the impacts of both natural and anthropogenic stressors on the coastal habitats of the Pacific salmon, and 2) to relate that understand into more effective management strategies.
