This paper presents a capacity assessment conducted by SustainaMetrix for NOAA’s Coral Reef Conservation Program and for coral reef managers in the state of Florida (U.S.). The report contains an in-depth analysis of the various development-/urbanization-related issues throughout southeastern Florida (U.S.), and it provides recommendations for adaptive strategies moving forward.
