In 2010, the Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore, Inc. unveiled its Healthy Harbor Initiative with a goal of making the Harbor swimmabe and fishable by 2020. Included in the Initiative are pilot projects to help improve water quality and help educate the public about the Harbor’s health.
